Welcome to The Performance Psychcast! Dr Eleri Jones is our guest today on The Performance Psychcast! She is a lecturer and researcher in Sport Psychology, at Bangor University. Her interests lie in mechanisms of anxiety and conceptualization of the anxiety response in sport. She also conducts research investigating the psychological determinants of rugby union athletes, disability sport and the impact of multilingualism in sport.
