TK Pillan, Veggie Grill: Scaling the Largest Vegan Chain in the US

This week we catch up with TK Pillan, co-founder of Veggie Grill - the largest vegan and veggie restaurant in the US. TK is also managing partner of Powerplant Ventures. TK has been remarkably consistent over his career in the plant based space - he seems to have a knack for spotting trends early and making great calculated decisions.
