Drew was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes aged 22. He says his “world shifted,” after his diagnosis, but that he made positive changes to the way he eats, lives, moves, and approaches life as a result. So positive were these changes, that he says that he’s happier and healthier than he was before his diagnosis.
