Rooney ranks Bottom 5
Art Rooney II has been ranked in the bottom five among NFL owners, behind some truly crappy franchises and people. Not good. The Steelers ownership came in at 28th and a big defense behind it was Rooney’s lack of spending in facilities. Players in the past raved about Dan Rooney and his impact, but the same can’t be said about Art.
