104: How to Make Friends as an Adult

On this week’s episode, I brought on 4 friends I have made since moving to Idaho about a year ago from Southern California. We discuss practical ways we’ve gotten out of our comfort zone and embraced opportunities that would help facilitate friendships. Friendship can be uncomfortable and sensitive for many adults, especially when you’ve experienced grief, change, and distance. We discuss elements of female friendship that we’ve each experienced, and how we are trying to show up now in order to cultivate the relationships we desire.
