Deep Rest Guided Meditation to Nourish + Reset the Nervous System + Improve Sleep + Calm the Mind

S 2 E 3This episode is a bit different than the rest. Here I share one of my favorite practices that transformed my life: Deep Rest. One of the most relaxing techniques that exist, 20 minutes of this practice is said to equal 2-4 hours of deep sleep, which is why I often call it adult nap time. I teach this technique to many of my clients needing sleep support or dealing with insomnia. Enjoy this 20 minute nourishing relaxation technique, using first the breath to activate the relaxation response, followed by visualization of a radiant light nourishing the body, mind, and heart.
