MARY LYNN WISSNER - HOW TO CAST TO WIN - PT2

In this episode, we are joined by one of the most experienced voice over casting directors Mary Lynn Wissner. Mary Lynn’s career started as an actor working on camera but soon shifted to an agency working with the legendary Don Pitts. 30 years ago almost to the day, Mary Lynn set up her own business ‘Voices Voice Casting’ which soon became the go-to for many major clients in commercial, film and animation. In part two of our interview, we discuss the changes that have happened over the last 30 years, AI, home studios, opinion v science, demos, the BS factor and what the business may look like post-Covid.   The Pro Audio Suite has kindly been supplied with gear from RØDE microphones.
