Processing. Fix it in the Mix?

Dan Brumm rejoins us for this week's quick bite, as we get into a conversation around a Superbowl Ad from the other week, in particular the mix. Did they mix it like that on purpose? Was there "client issues" to contend with? Or was the voice not processed enough by the voice talent? ## RANT ALERT ## This show may well be remembered not so much for the content (although you NEED to hear it) but for Robbo's Rant. We hit a sensitive spot, and Robbo lets em have it with both guns blazing!! Is he right? We want to know your thoughts.. Here's a link to the spot we are talking about.. https://www.usatoday.com/videos/sports/Ad-Meter/2021/02/08/t-mobiles-super-bowl-ad-star-studded-flag-football-game/4431632001/ The Pro Audio Suite has kindly been supplied with gear from RØDE microphones. We would like to thank them for their involvement with our show, and their generosity. You can see the complete list of their gear here.   @rodemic @rodemics Rode on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/company/rode-microphones/ “When the going gets weird, the weird turn professional.” ― Hunter S Thompson
