#03 Guided Episode - 12 Minute Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs Meditation

Welcome to the first Guided episode on The Process Podcast. This week I'm sharing a short 12 minute meditation to help acknowledge limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, and work subconsciously to let go of things that might be blocking you in life right now. This meditation helps bring forward things that are predominately playing on your mind right now. It is simply through finding stillness that these things come up and we are able to notice them. During this meditation, once something comes up, we'll work on really understanding deeply what it is, how it feels and how it affects us, and then I'll guide you through a simple ritual to help you mentally, emotionally and energetically let go of it. You can repeat this meditation time and time again, and come back to it any time you feel that you're stuck in a certain frame of mind, or blocked by something in life.
