#04 - Returning to Ancient Wisdom with Georgie Holt of Unfold Studio

I have been fascinated by acupressure and Chinese medicine for many years, and Georgie is doing incredible work with clients, using a combination of all three. From her studio in East London, she treats clients for a number of ailments and common side effects of modern life, through acupuncture, acupressure, yin yoga, and more. We explore what each of these systems are and how they can be used to soothe the nervous system and bring calm to busy lives. We discuss the basics of energy and energetics, and the importance of retaining a mind-body connection in order to understand yourself deeply on an emotional and energetic level, from one day to the next.
