Vanessa Northway is the Deputy Vice-Principal for Learning and teaching at Heriot-Watt University Dubai. She has been working with the University since 2009. Over the years, Vanessa has directed the start-up and implementation of the Fashion, Fashion Marketing, and Interior design programmes. As part of her management role at SoTD, Vanessa has been responsible for resourcing and ensuring – along with the academic team in Dubai and Scotland – the development of programmes suitable for the market within Dubai and the MENA region and globally relevant skills.
