An uplifting episode that demonstrates the importance of continued curiosity and how we can learn from trying out new things - even if it doesn't always work out.

Annie's passion is to share the practice of yoga as a tool for a deeper, more connected and intuitive way of living. Weaving through a thread of modern philosophy and bridging the gap between an ancient practice and modern lifestyles. Her blog, brand and book 'Mind Body Bowl' came to light following a period of illness and depleted energy - by stripping her diet back to basics, she managed to get back on track but her cooking had become boring and bland. It was then that she started experimenting and cooking up the delicious dishes featured on her blog. Annie holistic approach to wellness has led her to launch her online yoga hub 'The Practice'.
