After 7 years at Google, Connor began teaching and coaching on how to sustain high-performance and improve wellbeing. He is a Certified Facilitator for Search Inside Yourself, a leadership program grounded in emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and mindfulness and he also published his writing on Google’s thought-leadership platform, Think with Google, and developed lessons on productivity and time management for Google Primer, an educational app. He has been a keynote speaker at world-renowned events and has facilitated dozens of workshops in cities from Zurich to Dubai for teams at Google, as well as for startups, non-profits, and universities.
