Being a Model wasn't enough. Originally from New Zealand, Kata wanted something that would provide her passive income during her modeling days and well after she decided to stop Modeling in NYC.  Trying to figure out a way for her money that was just sitting there to make her money and grow, she came across real estate investing. From there Kata researched high cash flowing markets and stumbled across Central New York which was not too far from her current home in NYC. Today we get to hear about how Kata's journey in investing and how she has been able to continue to grow her Real estate portfolio at a strong and steady pace.  Follow and connect with Kata on Instagram @themodel.investor  Stay up to date with podcast episodes and everything real estate by following myself, Danté Belmonte on my instagram @dantebelmonte.
