This weeks guest we get to talk with David Toupin. Co-owner of Obsidian Capital based out of Austin, Texas. At the age of 20 David started investing in real estate. As a broke college student and no money in his pocket, David raised capital from investors to buy his first 12 Unit while in college. After he secured that property and saw how he could use other peoples money to build cash flow for them and himself with great returns he learned how to scale quicker. Rapidly over the past 4 years, David has been able to acquire over 600 units worth over $60M in multi-family real estate with his company Obsidian Capital.
