029: House Hacking & Fighting an Uphill Battle As A DACA Recipient with Diego Corzo

It all started after he read the book: Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki back in 2011. That book changed Diego's mindset and taught him that he is responsible for his life. It also made Diego aware of all the things we weren’t taught in school, whether it is high school or college. Diego started with ZERO in the bank after he graduated from college at age 22. By age 23 he was able to buy his first investment property while he was living in his friend’s extra bedroom. Fast forward 3 years later, he quit his full time job, he owns 8 properties, has $0 in bad debt.
