⚠️TRIGGER WARNING: mention of disordered eating, calorie counting, weight, macros, & binging In today's episode, I share how I went from having an unsustainable and obsessive relationship with the gym and food, to finding balance and not letting food or exercise control my life. For many years I struggled as I fell deeper and deeper into diet culture and what I thought was a "healthy lifestyle". I finally let go of all of those things which made a drastic change in the quality of my life.
