Many Voices, One Journey Al-Anon's story of growth and recovery as experienced by individual members and the fellowship as a whole over Al-Anon’s first 60 years. The Grief Club by Melody Beattie was recommended by Craig, who says it is “a powerful book on grief and grieving.” Gina wrote, I first learned about my inner child with a Reparenting workshop from an ACA zoom conference last year. There is a great recording of the workshop you can download online for a couple bucks. I highly recommend it! She also suggested a reparenting check-in worksheet and handout available on the ACAWSO.org website. Finally, she mentioned Bill Wilson's writing on emotional sobriety.
