GOP hoping 2020 election will be decided in the courts

You may have stumbled on the promising Supreme Court rulings allowing longer deadlines for absentee ballots in PA, NC. But these are also 'wait and see' rulings. The Supreme Court is reserving the right to decide the election at a later date, if it's close. Joy says, “We may be on the cusp of the Supreme Court, and not the people, deciding the election for the second time in 20 years.”
