And, just before last year's 100th anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre, the three remaining survivors testified about what they had endured. Today a Tulsa judge heard arguments in a reparations lawsuit filed by those survivors and ruled that a trial can go forward, denying a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
