Katie Phang on Atlanta area shooting: ‘This was not a random, indiscriminate crime’

MSNBC Legal Contributor Katie Phang says the Atlanta area shooting is not a random, indiscriminate crime: “This man got in his car and he went to these locations to target Asian women. I think it was irresponsible for law enforcement to put into public consumption the idea that this guy had a sex addiction and had a bad day." And on Iowa legislators passing a bill allowing landlords to refuse fed housing vouchers, HUD Secretary Marcia Fudge says "As a lawyer, what I know that fair housing is the law. It is the law of the land ... We also know that discriminatory zoning is a violation of the law."
