Trump White House phone records show 7-hour gap on Jan. 6

A White House official tells NBC News that the U.S. is seeing the movement of Russian troops away from the capital city. On Monday, flanked by schoolchildren, he signed into law the "Parents Rights in Education" bill, better known by opponents as the "Don't Say Gay" bill, which would prohibit discussion of gender or sexual orientation in primary schools.
