Neuropsychologist and financial change expert, Dr Moira Somers, recognised this pattern in her work and was concerned about the well-being of her clients and the lost opportunities. So, she decided to investigate further. Dr Somers has published a book called ‘Advice that Sticks’ which examines the five main factors that determine whether someone will follow through with financial advice and joins me to discuss her findings.
