On this season of the Road Home with Jamil Jivani we are exploring the topic of nationalism. When does nationalism become a negative or harmful idea? How can it be used to help working class or marginalized communities? Why is it used by some politicians and activists, and not others? Episode 15 is a conversation with Lyman Stone. Lyman is an Adjunct Fellow at AEI https://www.aei.org/profile/lyman-stone/, a Research Fellow at the Institute for Family Studies, and a former International Economist at the US Department of Agriculture, where he forecasts cotton market conditions. At the time of our interview, Lyman was living in Hong Kong as a Lutheran missionary.
