Sara Hornsey - How A Flat Hierarchy Delivers Outstanding Mental Health Care

Today I'm joined by Sara Hornsey, a registered manager who supports adults with mental health illnesses. We talk about the stigma around mental health and how every day really is different in her home.  Sara also discusses LGBT training and the challenge trying to do end of life training in a non-elderly home. She also shares the steps she took to get that outstanding rating from CQC just a few months ago. As a long time listener it was great to finally have Sara on the show.
