Dr. Keith Rose is an internationally recognized plastic surgeon and tactical medicine physician who has been performing plastic and reconstructive surgery in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Africa, Central, and South America for the past 21 years. In 2008, Dr. Rose developed and patented The Integrated Tourniquet System (ITS) which has been used by Naval Special Warfare, law enforcement, and militaries around the world.
