August was National Water Quality month. Water is essential for life to be maintained and expand, and if not obtained can lead to dehydration, bodily deterioration and death after three days. Water can of course be obtained through a tap, but it can also be acquired through our foods. Tap water may not always be the cleanest/purest source of water though, often containing cleaning chemicals, pharmaceutical byproducts, erosion pipes, agricultural chemicals, and the like. This is why it is important to clean our water. The idea we should consume 8 glasses a day is traced to a 1921 paper and a single person’s research on his own body weight, sweat and urine output. Recent research has also identified a fourth state of water called tunneling, which is a quantum occurrence. Water may be identified as a hexagonal cluster, or structured water.
