When you have a goal to lose weight before you start working out or hire a trainer what’s the first thing you do? Normally it’s stepping on the scale to get a starting point. After that, you set a goal weight. From that moment forward you continue to get on the scale to measure your progress to make sure you stay on track. This is the process for losing weight and it should also be the process when you’re going after any other dream or goal.
