Cause and effect. When you do something it has an effect on something else. The other side is when you don’t do something it still affects something. Last week CJ talked about the difficulties of not having the same routine that he’s had over the last few years. Because he hasn’t had the same routine it was affecting how he went about his day. Today he starts the conversation with somewhat of an epiphany and how although he’s not able to have his normal routine, he still has an opportunity to fix his gaps and increase his strengths. ET rounds out the conversation on what you can do to regain your confidence and how to take advantage of this time instead of letting it pass by.
