The path of healing requires deep love for the tender young parts of ourselves that are trying to create for us (which we are largely unconscious of) It’s helpful to see our inner child as a real, live human who is trying to let us know she is scared - and to treat her as you would an innocently scared loved one If we are missing inner child work in our healing, then we are missing the true art of healing - and yet, we must also work with her in a way that is generative and holding her hand to move towards magic.
