Om Podcasten

The Self-Healer's Podcast is where your host, Bree, shares her healing story with the intention of sharing what healing really looks like. After her spiritual awakening in 2019, Bree was ready to step into a new life, but wasn't sure how to get there. She became frustrated when other healers were guiding her to act "as if" she had everything she desired or to simply "get into the vibration" of what she wanted to manifest. There was a big gap between where Bree was and where she wanted to be and it didn't seem as simple as what she was being told from others who were years ahead in their healing. Bree was hungry for someone to tell the truth of what healing really looks like and that's how The Self Healer's podcast was born. There was a journey Bree needed to take, and that journey required a lot of letting go of who she once was in order to step into her power and worth. The hardest part of any healing journey is in the letting go and Bree's intention is to be as honest as possible as to what that looks like. Bree shares her story, as well as the stories of others, to provide comfort that you are not alone and you are not doing it wrong. Healing is filled with highs and lows and being honest about that process through the sharing of stories gives others the permission to continue moving forward on the path to remembering their greatness. As Ram Dass says, "We are all just walking each other home."
