My perfectionist tendencies started from such a young age when I was in middle school and had hardly any self-confidence. I didn't like the way I looked and always felt less worthy than my friends. And so began my journey of perfectionism...spending hours getting ready for school and being in a bad mood if one hair was out of place. This is no way to live, my friends.
