Episode 9: A journey to self acceptance with Shona Marshall

Shona has over 20 years corporate experience in delivering learning & talent development solutions. Whilst having primarily worked within the engineering, technology and construction sectors her versatile style, confidence and infectious enthusiasm enables her to adapt to a wide spectrum of working environments. Shona  set up the ASM difference in August 2018 to re-engage with her passion to nurture talent and harness the power of people to drive company performance through direct working relationships or bespoke consultancies. She describes success as about doing something that matters and creating experiences for individuals and frameworks for organisations to be able to work out what success looks like for them and how they can be the best they can be. On today's episode we are discussing Shona's own journey to self acceptance, her opinions on identifying and dealing with imposter syndrome as well as how she is now giving back and encouraging young girls to accept themselves for who they are and understanding that 'they are enough' through her incredible work with The Shona Project.
