Bernie Chiaravalle has been a top touring sideman, session guitarist, songwriter and producer for several decades. He has been the guitarist and background vocalist in Michael McDonald's touring band for over 32 years. He has played live or in the studio for Michael McDonald, The Doobie Bros, Patrick Simmons, Christopher Cross, Vince Gill, Cher, David Pack, Ambrosia, Jeff Bridges, Billy Preston, Paul Carrack, Toto, Hall And Oates, Average White Band, Chaka Khan, Don Henley, Kenny Loggins, Marc Cohn and many more. Bernie tells us about his early love for The Beatles, how he played on the Entertainment Tonight theme song, his move to Nashville, and how Don Was had him play sitar on a track.
