Yoga for Your Dosha

What’s your dosha and why does it matter for how you practice yoga? Ayurveda wisdom suggests that everything we do takes us toward or away from balance. What you practice on your mat should be what you need in life. In the first half of this episode I talk about how to figure out your current state of being.
