INTENTION: Trust the Process
Today, Jess introduces the new intention for the month, "Trust the Process." She shares her own experience of rebirth over the past year, the challenges and pains she faced in restructuring her team, and how she's learned to heal her nervous system and find peace. Jess reflects on the difficult times of last year and how she's now in a completely different space, with an expanded capacity for joy and emotional awareness. As we embrace the new monthly intention, Jess encourages her community to trust the process and remember that we must go through the dark to get to the light.
