We want to talk about feeding, the different ways of feeding and how that can impact sleep. As we always say, we’re all different. Our babies are different and our families are all different; that should always be celebrated, which is why The Sleep Mums is zero judgement.  You might choose to listen to all three of our feeding episodes that we’re but we wanted to give you the chance to listen to what you need, whether that’s one, two or all three. In this episode we’re going to talk about breastfeeding, some hot tips and bust some myths. We’ll also talk about how you can maximise sleep through your feeds.
