The first two weeks of baby sleep; when you’ve just brought your baby home.   We look at the most important ‘rule’ for those first few weeks and how (if you’re ready) to start laying the foundations for better sleep.   As it’s the first episode, our listener question comes from Cat, who takes a look back at the messages she sent Sarah in the middle of the night when her son was born and asks ‘How (the hell) do I keep my baby awake through his feeds?’
