Antiquated Sleep Advice, Explained

Put rice cereal in your baby's bottle so they sleep longer? Give them whiskey or orajel for teething pain? Put their crib on an incline to help with reflux? Never wake a sleeping baby?We've all heard this antiquated sleep advice (often from doctors, unfortunately). Today I'm giving you context and clarity to these suggestions.
