However, screens can get a bad rap, and I wish parents weren't so stressed about it.So today we're getting into it - why screen time studies feel scary, understanding causation v correlation in those studies, how screens impact sleep (and what I recommend as they relate to bedtime), and why some screen time is a-okay.
