This week my guest is fellow Old Mancunian, Martin Preston. Martin is genuinely lovely guy, and early on in his life struggled with addiction. After a number of stints in different rehab or addiction support facilities Martin was revitalised but with a sense that the sector was in significant need of a revamp. After a number of years, hard graft and with a commercially-minded head on his shoulders, Martin opened the Delamere Clinic; a £7m purpose-built rehab residential clinic based in leafy Cheshire.
