Surviving the Indian Ocean Tsunami w/ Ani Naqvi

This week I’m talking with Ani Naqvi. Ani is a former BBC journalist and now transformational life coach who, whilst on holiday with a friend in Sri Lanka, was almost drowned in the 2004 Indian Ocean Boxing Day Tsunami that killed almost 228,000 people across 15 countries. It took 15 years of struggling with PTSD, depression and other crises for Ani to be able to utilise her experiences in order to assist others. anicoaching.com IG - @anicoaching FB - facebook.com/anicoaching -- All episodes are now being released as video, exclusively on the SodsPod YouTube channel - subscribe here - youtube.com/c/TheSodsLawPodcast See podcast.co/privacy for privacy information.
