Thadeus Makukutu is a self-taught .NET developer and consultant from Brisbane, Australia. I have known Ted since 2010. He is a very close friend of mine and the one with whom I have never had the pleasure to shake the hand. Ted runs his own consulting business mainly focused on attending to manufacturing clients. His background is accounting and business but in 2011 he decided to shift and become a coder. During this conversation he talked about how he transitioned and why he went on his own as opposed to a regular job, but he will also warn you that being a coder and having a software business are two different things.
