Hello, my name's Sam, I'm an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and an RICS APC Assessor. This is my podcast focusing on providing help to struggling RICS Final Assessment Interview candidates through real-life examples, competency-based example questions and answers, and expert interviews. As a Chartered Surveyor, buildings don't come to you, you go to the buildings, so I found it incredibly helpful to talk through questions, practising answering questions and listening to recordings while driving to site and from site. This podcast aims to help Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) candidates through study and revision advice, coaching tips, pathway-specific guidance, maintaining focus and providing encouragement to build better surveyors, Whether a graduate or experienced route, who feel confident to sit and pass their APC and become chartered surveyors.
