There is no specification of when can one suffer from any form of mental illness - it can happen at any time of one's life - and if we are not aware of the symptoms we might never detect it. Shubhrata Prakash, an IRS officer discovered that she was depressed after 5 years of going through it.  What is depression? A word we so casually use in our daily being. Shubhrata takes us through her dark phase when she couldn’t take care of her newly born child, couldn’t work, couldn’t get out of bed.  Having a supporting husband made her come out of this phase.
