Anxiety often attempts to distort our view of our identity—tries to tell us we’re something that we’re not. Slowing down enough to pay attention to the messages in our heads that fuel or provoke anxiety, is the first step towards pulling the plug on our anxious thoughts. Hello and welcome to The Spacious Place!! My name is Kari Levang—-I’m a simple girl (if you can still call yourself a girl when you’re 50 something:), with a complicated past and a great big God!
