Jessica Cox was born without arms, yet despite this obvious setback, she has gone on to achieve more in her 37 years than most people do in their entire lifetimes. Jessica is best known for becoming the first armless pilot in aviation history, earning herself a coveted Guinness World Record for flying an aircraft with only her feet. She is also the first armless black belt in the American Taekwondo Association and is an avid rock climber, scuba diver, surfer and piano player. In this episode, we discuss the skills that allowed her to achieve the seemingly impossible in her own, unique way. We talk about how she overcame her insecurities to be the best version of herself, where she gets her inspiration from and her journey to self-acceptance.
