Emma's book The Third Rainbow Girl: The Long Life of a Double Murder in Appalachia, is an investigation of the murder of two young women--showing how a violent crime casts a shadow over an entire community. We talk about True Crime as a genre, and how the phrase "both, and" became to motto of Emma's work. We also talk books, of course.
