Matt Williams talks to Eamon about the Rugby World Cup. Matt is an Australian born rugby coach, broadcaster and columnist with The Irish Times. He has been Director of Rugby and Head Coach of the New South Wales Waratah’s in Super Rugby, as well as with the Irish provincial teams, Leinster and Ulster in the Heineken Cup. He was Director Sportif at Racing Club Narbonne Mèditerranèe, in the French Pro “D” 2. He was also the Defensive coach of Ireland in 2001 and Head Coach of the Scottish National Team and Ireland “A”.He will be joining Eamon throughout the Rugby World Cup.Recorded on Tuesday 5th September 2023.
