Our guest has struggled with weight and body issues since she can remember and she has turned this difficulty into a source of support and care though her company. She always felt she needed to get to this idea of the perfect body but after years of bad experiences and self destruction, she realized there were other ways to live the life she was dreaming of. Aimee gives us the scoop on her five guiding principles that have helped her to start living an irresistible life.
